Synthesis some of polymers and heterocyclic compounds via Bis (4-aminophenyl) methane
in a journal
Chemical Review and Letters

This study involves the preparation of several heterocyclic compounds and novel polymers starting from Bis(4-aminophenyl)methane. It includes the synthesis of Schiff bases, followed by cyclization reactions to form tetrazole derivatives, as well as the preparation of benzothiazole derivatives and their subsequent polymerization to obtain new polymers. The synthesized compounds were characterized using spectroscopic techniques, including infrared (IR) spectroscopy, proton nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H-NMR), and carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance (¹³C-NMR). The study also investigates the thermal properties of the polymers using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
