The Department of Clinical Nutrition at the College of Health and Medical Technologies is one of the key academic departments dedicated to preparing specialized professionals in the fields of clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy. Department Objectives
This program is designed to attract outstanding students and provide them with high-level training to supply national institutions, both public and private, with qualified graduates in the fields of food technology, human nutrition, and dietetics. The program aims to achieve the following objectives: • Prepare specialists in nutrition and dietetics to fill vacancies in the health sector and meet societal needs. • Educate individuals and groups on healthy dietary choices that improve health and prevent diseases. • Apply sound nutritional principles to enhance health and prevent diseases related to malnutrition. • Excel in scientific research, particularly applied research, and promote nutritional and dietary awareness. • Design and implement training programs, as well as organize various activities related to food, clinical nutrition, and dietetics, to serve the local community through all available means.
