Dr. Samir Khalaf Abdullah, a professor at Alnoor University, chaired the PhD dissertation defense committee for student Sarkot Hama Saleh Ali at the University of Sulaimani. The dissertation, titled "Monitoring and Management of Yellow Rust Disease on Wheat Under Rain-Fed Conditions," was discussed on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
