The College of Health and Medical Technologies at Alnoor University, founded in 2017 with the Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies, was established to meet the healthcare sector's need for specialized professionals. By 2018, it had expanded to include departments of Anesthesia, Dental Manufacturing, Radiology, and Optometry Technologies. Over four years, students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, culminating in two months of field training at accredited health institutions. Graduates earn a bachelor's degree in their specialization, fully prepared to enter the workforce. With Alnoor's elevation to university status in 2024, the college aims to introduce more health-related technical departments to address the growing demand for specialized professionals in this critical field.
